Refund and Returns Policy

We do not supply refunds on electronic/downloaded goods.

Items have to be returned to us by mail for a refund. Return shipping is for your own account.

We will happily refund or exchange an item which is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product so long as we are informed of any problem within 14 days of receipt. Returns have to be done within 30 days of shipment of the original order.

Shipping/Postage Policy

We only do shipping/postage of physical goods to South African addresses. Shipping will be done using normal mail unless otherwise stipulated.

 

Delivery
We aim to dispatch your orders within 7 working days. If we are not able to supply the goods within 14 days of purchase you will immediately be informed of this via email. We aim to advertise only goods that are either in stock or on order.
